How does the raffle campaign get started?
The raffle was launched during an all-school assembly where the details of the raffle prize and the sales incentive prizes for students were revealed. In addition, a packet was sent or mailed home with an informational flyer and two ticket order forms.
Will each student receive a packet?
No. Only one student per family will receive the packet, but there was multiple order forms in each packet for all students within the family. More order forms are also available online.
How are raffle tickets sold?
An order form is available to purchase raffle tickets. The form can be used to purchase multiple tickets. Once an order is received in the Gala Office and processed by the Raffle Team, a confirmation

We highly encourage that each student sell a minimum of two raffle tickets.
How does a student become eligible for the Krispy Kreme party incentive prize?
Elementary School and Middle School students will only become eligible for the Krispy Kreme party if their entire grade (i.e. 4th grade) sells the most tickets. High School students will become eligible for the Krispy Kreme party if their grade (i.e. 10h grade) has the highest participation. There will be a winning grade at each school – ES, MS, & HS!
How was the Krispy Kreme party incentive chosen?
In an effort to maintain consistency at each school it was decided that the Krispy Kreme party was the most popular and economical way to reward students across all three schools – ES, MS, HS. All three principals were involved in this decision. Special dietary restrictions will be considered and reasonable accommodations will be made for students if their grade wins this incentive prize.
Can a raffle order be made over the phone?
No. We require a completed order form for all raffle ticket purchases.
Can I purchase a raffle ticket, along with other transactions (i.e. cash donations, reservations, sponsorships, etc)?
Yes. The Raffle Team can process an order with multiple transactions. We respectfully request that you verify accuracy of your payment to include all transactions, and an accurate total. However, raffle ticket orders cannot be combined with any online activity (i.e. cash donations, reservations, sponsorships).
